Remember the female singer who sang the hooks on alot of snoops songs and had a slight record deal with death row .....?

( As reported by AllHipHop News) The highly anticipated biography by former Death Row Records R&B queen Jewell Caples has been delayed, according to the singer. The book, My Blood, My Sweat and My Tears, was originally set to be released on October 25, but due to legal precautions, the book was pushed back 30 days.
“The book was delayed 30 days! I had to actually prove some stuff to the attorneys so I wouldn’t get sued,” Caples said in a statement to AllHipHop.com. As revealed in our exclusive interview in August, Jewell’s book is a tell-all, which she implies that some of her former Death Row label colleagues and bosses will not be happy about.

Caples was a fixture at Death Row from 1992-1996, when the notorious record label was home to names like Dr. Dre, Tupac, and eventually, Snoop Dogg.
Jewell was signed to Death Row Records from 1992-1996, and one of the original members of the former Hip-Hop powerhouse label. She released a video and hit single “Woman to Woman”, which reached #72 on the Billboard Hot 100, and was featured singing vocals on many of Death Row’s releases including Snoop Dogg’s “Gin and Juice” and Dr. Dre’s “Let Me Ride”. Her contributions to the legendary albums, Chronic, Doggystyle, and 2Pac’s All Eyez On Me, helped revolutionize a sound in the early 90’s, and quickly established her as one of the most distinctive voices in urban music.
Following the departure of Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, the death of 2Pac, and the imprisonment of Suge Knight, Death Row suddenly lost its momentum – Yet Jewell has continued to record and perform, going on to collaborate with the likes of K-Ci & JoJo, Redman, Benzino and Snoop Dogg again.  SKG, a female artist signed to the label in the 2000s, has also penned a book, closely titled Blood, Sweat and Tears.
Although the book has been delayed, the soundtrack to My Blood, My Sweat and My Tears was released on iTunes and Amazon.com as scheduled on October 25.
