KATT WILLAMS, COMEDIAN INTERUPPTED

Beginning his career at an age when most teenagers are seeking their driver's license, the young comic quickly discovered that he had a gift for making people laugh. Inspired by the likes of great humorists such as Richard Pryor Donn Knotts, Eddie Murphy, Bill Cosby, George Carlin, Thomas Marshall, Jeff Foxworthy, Whoopi Goldberg, Jerry Seinfeld and Dave Chapelle, whom he calls the 'Malcolm X of comedy,' Katt Williams' entertaining standup routines are laying the blueprint for a new generation of comics. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Dayton, Katt Williams was the product of a socially and politically charged household.  His parent's influence and teachings may have been what caused him to briefly join the Nation of Islam later on in his life while living in the Bay Area. Actor / comedian Katt Willams wants to find his way back into your hearts and wallets by coming back to stand up comedy with all new fresh material . The much anticipated 1 man show will be filmed live at the NOKIA THEATRE in Los Angeles. it is quite interesting that Katt Willams has named his latest comedic stand down Kattpacalypse after all ,the world is on its ear right now and his world is too . We all could use a good laugh especially after hearing about Katt Willams dificulty staying out of the news for outlandish charges of partying ,being ousted out of the BET awards after an argument with a producer and walking out on his hosting duties , he allegedly punched a man in the face to assault on a landscaper at Katts residence and being accused of a racial roasting at a night club not including being collared on burglary and theft charges . Well he wants to right his wrongs and provide you with his classic comedy on the farce side . I would like to say He's back , but it all remains to be seen . Throughout his success he has been massively embraced by the Hip Hop community, receiving and encouragement from Nelly, Ludacris, Snoop, and Master P (..Hands down Katt Williams is the next Richard Pryor..) and Snoop Dogg (..Katt is doing his comedy thing so flamboyantly and so fly with spirit of the late great Red Foxx and the spirit of Richard Pryor..)
