The Associated Press........Mel Gibson is not only single, but $425 million poorer, thanks to a divorce settlement finalized Friday between the actor and his wife of 31 years, Robyn Denise Moore.The judgment, finalized by a judge in Los Angeles, keeps virtually all details of the settlement secret. People magazine reports that the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, meaning his ex-wife would be entitled to half of everything Gibson earned during their marriage.
The Oscar-winner’s fortune has been estimated to be as high as $850 million, the magazine said, citing a 2006 report in the Los Angeles Business Journal.
Throughout the 31-year marriage, which produced seven children, Gibson directed, invested and starred in movies such as “The Passion of the Christ,” which grossed more than $600 million alone. He also invested heavily in real estate, including an island in Fiji he bought for $15 million in 2005.
People also reports that Moore, a former dental nurse, is entitled to half of any film residuals Gibson receives for the rest of his life.

On Nov 30th, a South Carolina Man died after eating a bag of cocaine from his brother’s butt. According to reports, the two brothers were arrested and while being transported to booking, the older brother convinced his younger brother to swallow the bag of cocaine so that he wouldn’t get life in prison. After the man swallowed the coke, his brother tells him ‘I love you bro’ but clearly felt guilty about his decision. Police say his brother began having convulsions shortly afterward and died an hour later

The deal extension, which kicks in next season, was announced Wednesday. It is worth approximately $94 million, a person familiar with the situation told The Associated Press late Tuesday on condition of anonymity because the team has not released details.

Details of rapper murder emerge....and you won't beleive what happened !
Atlanta police are reporting that the Brick Squad rapper, Slim Dunkin aka Mario Hamilton was gunned down because he grabbed a piece of candy out-of another mans hand and guess what—a fight then broke out, where it turned into a shooting. This occured at Wakas Flaka and Gucci Mane video shoot.“Police say they believe a fight over candy preceded the slaying of an Atlanta rapper over the weekend. This fight spilled out into this area where he was attacked. Based on the evidence we have, whoever he was fighting with secured a weapon and shot him.” Senseless and unbeleivable to hear this saddning news about a up and coming star on the rise . Honestly , was a peice of candy worth spending life in jail .

NEW YORK (AP) — The New York man suspected of spraying a 73-year-old woman with gasoline and setting her on fire in an elevator was charged Monday with murder and arson.
Jerome Isaac appeared in court with the left side of his face badly burned and peeling. He said nothing. He was held without bail, and his lawyer requested solitary confinement for the 47-year-old, as well as medical attention.
Surveillance video from the elevator shows the attack.
Isaac pulled out a barbecue-style lighter, authorities said, and used it to ignite a rag in a bottle. He waited a few seconds, then backed out of the elevator and tossed the flaming bottle in, authorities said.

Police believe Isaac then hid on a nearby rooftop for hours before he surrendered to police, reeking of gasoline.
According to police, he said he burned Gillespie because she owed him $2,000 for some odd jobs he had done for her.
Holguin, the manager of news development for The Associated Press, said the man in the surveillance pictures looked like a man who had lived with Gillespie for about six months last year and appeared to have been helping her out.
Gillespie's arrangement with Isaac appeared to have ended by early 2011, but months later Holguin started seeing the man nearby on the street, looking "a lot more disheveled" and pushing a cart full of aluminum cans.
Holguin said the fire melted the elevator door.
Holguin said he and his girlfriend had taken the elevator on their way out of the building shortly before the attack. They didn't see anyone on the floor with them but did notice an odd smell, as if someone was painting, he said.
He remembered Gillespie as nice but sometimes a little off. "At least with me, some days she'd be very, very pleasant, and then the next time, she would almost ignore me," he said.
Gillespie also went through a period this year where she would place duct tape over her apartment door whenever she left, Holguin said

Kobe Bryant's wife files for divorce and guess what - there is no prenup !!!! Oh snap!
SANTA ANA, Calif. -- Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa, filed for divorce on Friday from the Los Angeles Lakers star, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.
Vanessa Bryant filed papers in Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana.
A representative for the couple released a statement saying, "The Bryants have resolved all issues incident to their divorce privately with the assistance of counsel and a Judgment dissolving their marital status will be entered in 2012."
The couple have been married for 10 1/2 years and have two daughters, ages 8 and 5.
In the statement, the Bryants "ask that in the interest of our young children and in light of the upcoming holiday season the public respect our privacy during this difficult time."

Apparently, Gilbert sent an e-mail to Stern calling the deal a "travesty," even though, in exchange for Paul, the Lakers were giving up both Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom, the latter going to Paul's New Orleans Hornets in addition to three other players. I know, I know. In the real world, this sounds like the Hornets got more than decent value for Paul. And it sounds like the Lakers, far from loading up, gave up their entire inside game for a guard with whom Kobe Bryant may or may not be willing to share the basketball.
But Gilbert is apparently that species of owner who's regrettably all too common -- i.e., lots of money, zero smarts -- and he still can't get over the fact that he lost LeBron James to the Heat. It was his own fault for not putting enough pieces around LleBron to make the Cavs enough of a title contender for LeBron to stay, but don't try to tell Gilbert that.
The upshot is, by leading the charge to get the Paul deal squashed, he does his small-market pals no favors. Now Paul will just play out the last year of his contract with the Hornets, and, next summer, go where he wants to go anyway. And instead of at least getting something of value for him, the Hornets will likely get nothing.
Now that's some quality thinkin'.
Honestly, it's hard to say what Stern and the small-market owners think they can get. A big part of the new collective bargaining agreement revolved around keeping the big franchises from raiding the smaller ones for their stars, but how exactly do they propose to stop that?
This isn't the 1960s, and the reserve clause that kept players in baseball chained to their teams for life is long dead. Unless Stern et al think they can resurrect it, thereby making free agency illegal, it's hard to see how they can keep players tied to their small-market teams in perpetuity. Good luck with that. You might as well try to sell condos on the moon.

Cops say 40 Glocc accused his GF of “playing him” — so he hit her several times about the head, face, legs and rib area … and choked her to the point where she “could not speak or breathe.”

BG, PLEAD GUILTY AND HEADED TO JAIL IN MARCH
(AllHipHop News) Former Cash Money records artist BG is facing up to 40 years in prison, after pleading guilty to gun and witness tampering charges yesterday (December 7).
BG, born Christopher Dorsey, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm and witness tampering charges, although prosecutors refused to offer the rapper any type of plea deal.The rapper acknowledged that he was the owner of several guns that were confiscated from a stolen vehicle, during a traffic stop in November of 2009.
During the incident, police recovered found three loaded handguns and two extended magazine clips.
In addition to BG, 27-year-old Jerod Fedison and 17-year-old Demounde Pollard were charged in the case.
Police claim that BG and Fedison, who are both convicted felons, pressured Pollard into taking the gun charges, due to his clean criminal record.
In May, BG was arrested for his role in persuading Pollard to claim ownership of the guns, hence the witness tampering charge.
Fedison recently pleaded guilty to gun and witness tampering charges and was sentenced to a 20-year term.
Pollard reportedly cooperated with authorities and received an 30 month sentence.
BG is facing certain jail time and could receive up to 40 years in prison, when he is sentenced on March 14.
