Al Capone’s 1925 signed police deposition expected to fetch $100K

"Everytime something happens I get arrested,” said gangster Alphonse Capone in 1925 under intense police questioning.
The exchange, captured on a transcribed police interrogation, transports readers back 87 years, when Capone was but an enforcer-an underling-in John Torrio's crime empire. It captures a tightlipped Capone on the threshold of his ascent to the top of organized crime.
And now it can be yours.
RRAuction of Amherst, N.H. will auction this deposition on September 30 at the Crown Hotel in Nashua. The auction will also feature other Capone memorabilia. His handwritten score for "Madonna Mia" (a love song about his wife Mae) is estimated at $40,000 to $50,000. His Colt .25 semi-automatic vest pocket pistol is estimated at $10,000 to $15,000. His daily rosary, the final Capone item, is estimated at $3,000 to $5,000.
