What does rapper Too $hort have in common with Morgan Freeman and Britney Spears?

The reports of their deaths have been greatly exaggerated on Twitter — with the Oakland hip-hop legend just the latest to suffer Mark Twain’s tragic fate (or not) via 140 characters or less. This disturbing trend regularly freaks out fans, with false info spreading like digital wildfire on the micro blogging site.

Thankfully, Too $hort himself (@tooshort) cleared up the rumors with a rather hilarious series of tweets, (mixed with a little self-promotion!): “ Stop calling my phone. I’m not dead. Been in the lab working on my 19th album #NoTrespassing in stores Feb 2012,” and “Are U serious? How did they say I died this time? And when did wikipidia & twitter become reliable news sources???”
The 45-year-old performer is best known for early Bay Area rap classics like “I’m a Player” and “Life Is … Too Short”; with any luck, he’ll continue to prove that latter title wrong, whether or not the Twitterati like it.

He released his debut album, Show and Prove, in 2006,
Khalifa separated from Warner Bros and released his second album, Deal or No Deal, in November 2009. Being a free agent he and seemingly reaching out to his fans like Prince. Prince is slated not to record anymore because of online piracy and he says digital recording take away from his sound . Many artist are opting for the decision to give you fee downloads , so that you can become a fan .
Wiz has become quite controversial with his arrests for having an extreme amount of paraphernalia and what not on his tour bus as of 2010 .
He was touring at the time he was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor . Thomaz is dating Amber Rose, the former girlfriend of Thomaz's fellow hip-hop star Kanye West.

Wiz Khalifa is no stranger to having number one hits , he penned the song Black and yellow , last summer .

If I could judge his album and give you a rating I would say that from the singles i have heard - it sounds solid , but sometimes he fails to deliver the strength in lyrics he sets you up for , with the single. He has cool delivery , but to me he comes off kinda inexperienced as a lyricist, but i can understand the popularity , so i am a fan .
